At Washington School, Portuguese classes are taught from 3rd form of Primary School to the 2nd Year of Secondary Education, with a dynamic and communicative approach focused on the acquisition and use of the language in a variety of contexts and with different levels of complexity.
Throughout the programme, students acquire communication and interaction skills, as well as the ability to produce and understand oral, written, and multimodal textual genres with varying degrees of formality.

In addition to the language, we promote interculturality and an international mindset through the study of Brazilian culture.
The programme is certified by the prestigious institution Centro de Cultura Casa do Brasil.
